These appointments follow the strategic review ACTIAM conducted in 2020. It further strengthens ACTIAM’s position as a sustainable investment specialist and its commitment to institutional clients and wholesale distributors as well as Athora Netherlands’ unit linked distribution.

Hilde had been Chief Investment Officer on an interim basis since February 2020. She started working as a portfolio manager for European equities at ACTIAM in 2003 and became Head of Equities in 2011. Hilde started her career in 1994 and worked at AXA Bank in Belgium and AXA IM in The Hague and Paris. Having obtained a Master of Science degree in Business Engineering from KU Leuven, she is now a Financial Analyst (ABAF/EFFAS). Hilde is also registered with the Dutch Securities Institute as a Senior Investment Manager.

Dudley joined ACTIAM as CTO in January 2017. He has been working in this sector for about 20 years. Before joining ACTIAM, he was CFO at both NN Investment Partners and ING Investment Management. Before that, he worked at ABN AMRO and PWC. Dudley is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) as an ACA.
